We dare you to count one by one! Our only worry is that you might have to count till dawn. Our whitebait chili sauce uses whitebait that is super large, doesn’t disintegrate easily and is thoroughly cleaned before being added to our sauce.
The whitebait that we use is so fresh it is as if it was just caught! The chili paste penetrates the flesh of the whitebait such that when you bite into it you can taste both the strong taste of the whitebait and the chili paste. Simply pair it with white rice for a great tasting meal. It’s that delicious!
